Job Summary:

Russell Fischer Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at our Santa Ana location. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff, as well as maintaining a clean and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the station, including monitoring and reporting any spills, litter, or other maintenance issues.
  • Authorize entrance and exit of persons to maintain security of premises.
  • Oversee loss prevention and respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
  • Write detailed reports of daily activities and any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
  • Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, and emergency response.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior Security Guard Experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
