Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Odessa Regional Medical Center.
About the Position:As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will assess and plan individualized patient care, communicate with physicians about changes in the neonate's clinical condition, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
- Assess and plan individualized patient care
- Communicate with physicians about changes in the neonate's clinical condition
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Current state Registered Nurse license
- Certification in Neonatal IV Therapy within six months after hire
- Basic neonatal cardiac monitoring within six months after hire
- Certifications as indicated by the Steward Certification program
- Acquire 10 Neonatal Specific CEU's a year
