The Warehouse Operations team is tasked with executing a variety of manual and automated functions essential for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. Responsibilities include receiving inventory, fulfilling orders, packaging items, and ensuring timely shipment in alignment with team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Work comfortably at heights of up to 30 feet.
  • Adhere to instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with technology, such as computers or point-of-sale systems, is advantageous.
  • Follow established protocols for order fulfillment, including accurate picking, quality control checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
  • Engage in cross-training across various warehouse functions and contribute to projects as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment through housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
  • Be open to training and certification for operating material handling equipment, which may include order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
