Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives.
Responsibilities- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
- Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help individuals participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible individual
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
