About Team 4 Kids:

Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family-owned and locally operated premier provider of pediatric therapy services in the Phoenix valley. With three established clinics offering a range of services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Feeding Therapy, and Myofunctional Therapy, we are expanding to meet the growing needs of our community. We provide an excellent training framework for both new graduates and seasoned Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who are eager to work in an innovative and enjoyable setting. Team 4 Kids is conveniently located near one of the valley's most vibrant entertainment districts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions, facilitate group classes, and participate in co-treatment sessions.
  • Engage in weekly departmental and company meetings, along with supervision meetings.
  • Collaborate with therapy aides who support all clinicians in their daily tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Speech Therapy Assistant License in Arizona; out-of-state applicants must be willing to obtain an Arizona license.
  • Fluency in a second language is required for dual language positions, including proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
  • Completion of 100 hours of clinical experience to qualify for SLPA certification.
  • A minimum of six months of experience working with pediatric populations is necessary.
