Key Responsibilities

  • Pest Management - Perform thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Execute pest treatments and install preventative measures to ensure a pest-free environment. Manage and maintain service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
  • Customer Engagement - Foster strong customer relationships through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for pest challenges, while recommending additional services that add value.
  • Ongoing Development - Gain expertise in our diverse range of products and services through structured, paid training. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations in pest management. Participate in training sessions on innovative methods and products, and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as per federal, state, and local requirements.

Position Requirements

  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and complete a motor vehicle record check.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and gain knowledge in pest management.
  • Ability to work independently after a training period.
