Job Title: Sr Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems solutions for customers across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement best-in-class solutions using Blue Yonder's Warehouse Management Systems and latest product innovations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, project managers, technical consultants, and third-party consultants, to drive timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Apply domain knowledge to understand and identify how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to meet customer requirements and business processes.
  • Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timelines.
  • Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases of projects to ensure seamless transition to steady-state associates.
  • Sustain balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time-to-value and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess business needs outside standard solutions and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps.
  • Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects.
  • Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer-specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of specific experience working within Blue Yonder's Warehouse Management Systems (WMS Discrete version 9.1 and above preferred).
  • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as HighJump Manhattan or SAP is a plus.
  • Current or prior experience working in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
Education:
  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree.
