Nurse - Labor and Delivery Team Member

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's exceptional Labor and Delivery team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide outstanding care to expectant mothers while fostering a safe and nurturing environment for both mother and baby. About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $**90,000 - $120,000 per year**, depending on experience.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Monitor patients throughout labor and delivery, tracking vital signs and fetal heart rates.
  • Provide hands-on care during labor, including medication administration, assisting with deliveries, and managing pain relief.
  • Educate patients and families about the labor process, delivery options, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and healthcare staff to ensure a coordinated and seamless delivery experience.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in New Mexico (mandatory).
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
