Job Summary:

Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our Oncology services in Washington.

About the Opportunity:

  • This is a full-time position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of considering 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off arrangements.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work one week on and one week off call rotation (Monday to Sunday).

Scope of Work:

  • Provide medical leadership for oncology services in our clinic and hospital setting.
  • Rounding when on call to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 12-15 patients per day in the clinic and up to 3 patients in the hospital during on-call periods.

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in oncology is essential.
  • BLS certification is also required.

Compensation:

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 annually, depending on experience. The exact salary will be determined based on your qualifications and negotiation. In addition to a generous salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
