Automotive Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Madison Honda. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.

• Ensure timely and welcoming interactions with customers and visitors
• Accurately file receipts and permits to maintain accurate records
• Support the efforts of other employees to achieve success
• Identify opportunities to improve business operations and customer service

Provide customer service satisfaction by facilitating incoming calls and traffic. Effectively greet, communicate, and guide customers to appropriate departments. Accurately review receipt of money and permits to ensure consistent tracking methods. Maintain a reliable work schedule and communicate effectively with management.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of reception experience in a retail facility
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
• One year of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills

Work performed in a dealership administrative setting. Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, and move about facilities. Required to lift up to 10 pounds and have the ability to adjust focus. Perform other duties as required.
