Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Skilled Nursing services to patients in Orange and Seminole Counties. This will involve:

  • Providing Wound Care and management
  • Administering Intravenous Medication as prescribed by physicians
  • Performing Midlines/PICC lines dressing changes
  • Conducting Comprehensive Assessments of patients' condition, including reviewing medication and vital signs
  • Providing Education to patients and caregivers on disease management and self-care
  • Coordinating with Physicians, Physical Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Florida RN license or Florida LPN license
  • BLS Certification
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Critical Thinking Skills
