**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Provider Relationship Manager to join our team at Elevance Health. This role will be responsible for managing provider relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive provider relationships through regular on-site and virtual visits, communication of administrative changes, and education on complex provider issues.
  • Serve as a knowledge expert on provider issues, analyzing and coordinating prompt resolution to complex provider concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal matrix partners to triage issues and submit work requests.
  • Assign providers within a defined cohort, coordinate Joint Operation Committees (JOCs), and drive discussions on issues and changes.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to support understanding of managed care policies and procedures, identify and report on provider utilization patterns, and execute external Provider Town Halls/Seminars.
  • Monitor department metrics, provider assignments, and daily activities, providing feedback to manager on performance management and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, healthcare, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, including 2 years in a healthcare or provider environment.

Compensation:** $105,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
