Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assistant to join our team on the 3 West unit at Southern NH Health. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing strong, compassionate care to our oncology patients and supporting the administrative functions of the patient care area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities and patient care tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including relevant data elements.
- Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated by nursing staff.
- Support the coordination of patient flow and administrative functions within the department.
Requirements
- Completed Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) program and active licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
- Basic medical terminology knowledge.
- Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus.
