Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preconstruction phase of our luxury residential projects, ensuring all aspects are planned and executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to develop custom pricing models that align with the project's specifications and budget.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, ensuring all details are accurately captured and incorporated into the project plan.
- Conduct risk management assessments during the preconstruction phase to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and develop accurate project plans.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks during the preconstruction phase and develop effective mitigation strategies.
