Job Summary

The Logistics Center Leader is responsible for overseeing all logistics center activities, employees, inventory, and assets. This role will communicate TireHub objectives, missions, and direction specific to their location, with a focus on safety and customer service. The TLC Leader will ensure that all employees and contractors are following TireHub policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily opening and closing of the center
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ensure safe operation of all equipment
  • Manage TLC expenses within the budget
  • Resolve all issues and see them through to resolution
  • Ensure the security of all employees and contractors
  • Manage the overall quality of location inventory
  • Review and approve all EOD paperwork, including cash handling and bill paying
  • Collaborate with Corporate/Regional resources related to all Human Resource needs & Workers Compensation claims
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested

Competencies:

Ensures direct reports understand how they contribute directly to Mission & Vision attainment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management
  • Experience with KPI management
  • Supervisor or management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams
  • Process improvement experience
  • Experience leading day-to-day operations within a warehouse environment
  • Ability to establish accountability, measure work, and drive performance to objectives

Salary Range: $93,000 - $113,000
