Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Part-Time Youth Soccer Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and age-appropriate soccer classes for preschool and school-age children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver fun and interactive soccer classes that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and fundamental soccer skills.
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages children to learn and grow through soccer.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop and implement curriculum and programs that meet the needs of our participants.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with preschool and/or school-age children.
  • A strong knowledge and passion for soccer, with a focus on youth development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Background check clearance.
