About the Position

Citizant is seeking an Identity Verification Expert to join our team. As a key member of our government badging support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the secure enrollment process for PIV card activations, enrollments, and certificate updates.

Your Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Manage data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all required documentation and forms are properly completed and submitted according to established guidelines.
  • Verification and Authentication: Verify the authenticity of provided documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants, explaining the enrollment process, required documents, and any additional steps they need to follow.

What We Offer

  • Salary: A competitive salary range of $44,000 - $58,200 (depending on experience).
  • Benefits: Excellent compensation and benefits package, including ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or GED certification.
  • Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting; ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
