Position Overview

VNA Care is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Certified Nurse (WCC) or Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN) to support our team in the North Shore area. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, operating from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend obligations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Certification: Valid WOCN or equivalent wound care certification, showcasing advanced knowledge and skills in the field.
  • Clinical Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in wound care and ostomy management, ideally within a healthcare environment such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, or home health settings.
Job Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.
  • Providing specialized wound care and ostomy management.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

VNA Care offers a comprehensive benefits package starting from day one, which includes:
