Job DescriptionWe seek a highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Cardiovascular Specialists of New England. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support ensuring smooth office operation.
- Manage appointments and coordinate patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and assist with various administrative tasks
- Report directly to the Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet patients and visitors upon arrival
- Assist with check-in process and verify patient information
- Manage appointment calendar and minimize patient wait times
- Coordinate appointments, reschedule or cancel as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous manner
