About the Job
Our growing practice, Cardiovascular Specialists of New England, seeks a highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing top-notch customer service and administrative support. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will oversee front desk operations, manage appointments, coordinate patient inquiries, and maintain accurate records. You will report directly to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth office flow.
  • Assist with check-in process, verifying patient information and insurance details.
  • Coordinate appointments using scheduling software, minimizing wait times.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails professionally, and address patient inquiries.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
