Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Hancock Regional Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, maintaining patient safety, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
  • Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and CT scanners
  • Develop and process radiographic images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and images
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiology Technology
  • Rad Tech license through the State of Indiana
  • AART certification, preferred
  • One year clinical experience in acute care or an ambulatory setting, preferred
  • CPR certification
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to radiation. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
