Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our Florida Personal Lines team. The selected candidate will assist Advisors with the processing of new business and Account Managers with the processing and servicing of all personal lines accounts, in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.

Responsibilities
  • Process new business, including entering information into the agency management system, issuing evidences, auto ID cards, checking in policies, summary spreadsheets, and policy books
  • Process total account rewrites for Account Managers
  • Invoice policies and endorsements
  • Process endorsements
  • Provide support as needed to Account Managers
  • Work the communication download log daily
  • Maintain department marketing material and internal documents
  • Support Advisors on marketing campaigns and events
  • Act as a backup receptionist as needed
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Requirements
  • Florida 4-40 Customer Service license required; willingness to obtain 20-44 or 2-20
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
