Job Overview

Bridge To Care Home Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of nursing experience and a current RN State License.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising all clinical staff, conducting assessments on clients every 90 days, monitoring and reporting changes in patient symptoms or behavior, communicating with physicians regarding client care, educating clients about health maintenance and disease prevention, and completing initial assessments.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Evaluation: Supervise and evaluate the performance of clinical staff members.
  • Client Assessments: Conduct regular assessments of clients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Licensure: Current RN State License.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.
