Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Fairfield, CT. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) to support student learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and educators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy or a related field.
  • CT license required or ability to acquire before starting.
