Janitorial Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

• Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to ensure floors are clean and free of dirt and debris.
• Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep and/or wet mop floors.
• Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain a secure and safe environment.
• Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a clutter-free workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
