Bright Horizons is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Coach to join our team at Technologies Children's Center at Lincoln Laboratories in Lexington, MA.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of educators, driving excellence in early childhood education and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with Bright Horizons' philosophy and foundational beliefs.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to teachers, focusing on instructional practices, curriculum implementation, and inclusive education.
- Collaborate with the education team to assess program quality, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, with an associate's degree required and a plan to complete a bachelor's degree.
- Department of Early Education (MA) and Care Lead Teacher Qualified in Infant and Toddler.
- At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program, with experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred.
- At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 to $63,000 per year, based on education and experience.
