Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at Complete Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage nursing operations, including staff supervision, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Center Administrator to ensure seamless integration of clinical and administrative functions.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate nursing staff to meet patient care needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Direct subordinate staff to manage supplies and inventory, ensuring timely ordering and receiving of materials and equipment.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to resolve patient care issues and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Strategize methods to meet/exceed monthly budget parameters and drive business growth.
  • May serve as risk administrator for the center, addressing safety issues and reporting general liability or workers' compensation claims.
Requirements
  • Must have prior experience working at an Ambulatory Surgery Center setting.
  • Holds current clinical license, registration, or certification in good standing in the State of Florida.
  • 1+ years of previous healthcare leadership experience.
  • Must have previous clinical experience in surgery, including demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique, working with anesthetized patients, circulating, pre-op/PACU, and other clinical situations in a surgical or procedural setting.
  • Able to use personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail/calendar functions for day-to-day activities.
  • Possess a working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment impacting ASCs, and the applicable standards of the AAAHC.
