Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in a school-based position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Individualized Education Plans: Develop and implement tailored IEPs to address each student's unique needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support and monitor student progress.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • IEP Meetings and Recommendations: Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for accommodations and interventions.
  • Staff and Parent Education: Educate and support school staff and parents on strategies to promote students' speech and language development.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid New Hampshire SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
