As a Sidewalk Enterprise Program Director with the City and County of Denver, you will oversee the administration and implementation of sidewalk infrastructure projects citywide. The program is focused on providing safe and equitable public infrastructure, and we are seeking a leader with experience in collaborative program delivery to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program Director to lead the Sidewalk Enterprise Program. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and implementation functions related to successful program delivery. The program will be managed through a Work Group structure, organized around key areas such as Legal & Policy, Customer Experience, Communications, Revenue & Finance, Asset Management & Maintenance, and Implementation & Delivery, among other critical functions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey program vision and strategic direction across all organizational levels. They will also have a proven ability to build strong relationships and navigate highly political environments with multiple high-level stakeholders, including clients, while demonstrating expertise in consensus building and conflict resolution.

This position requires a leader with experience in managing subordinate supervisors and delivering a collaborative program with multiple concurrent priorities and a diverse workforce.
