Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Ramp Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs within our organization, as well as training and developing incoming employees for company initial indoctrination, recurrent and on-the-job technical and safety training. You will also assist in quality control benchmarks and audits subsequent company activities to ensure their effectiveness and accomplishment. Additionally, you will ensure all contract standard operating procedures are adhered to, facilitate classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, and conferences, conduct testing and evaluation processes, obtain and maintain customer qualifications as required, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training reports to Supervisors and Management.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with training program development and implementation
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
* Valid driver's license
* The ability to fluently read, write, speak and understand English
* The applicant must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a stressful, highly regulated atmosphere
