Salary

The compensation for this role ranges from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour based on education and experience.

Job Description

As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a structured, supportive learning environment for our students.

Your responsibilities will include providing classroom support, monitoring and tracking student progress, implementing behavior support plans, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

You will also collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to provide consistent, individualized support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Active listening and emotional intelligence are critical for supporting students' needs.
  • Able to foster a positive, professional school environment with patience and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for documentation and communication.
