Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for performing the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems.
  • Perform the set-up and testing of more complex systems and mechanical assemblies.
  • Follow test process instructions (TPI).
  • Determine test specifications, methods, and procedures from statements of work (SOW).
  • Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting or networking computer components and handling.
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
  • Ability to work on ladders or stools.
