PC Technician

Description:
We are seeking a skilled PC Technician to join our team at Info Way Solutions. As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for scheduling, imaging, installing software, testing, and deploying new PCs to users scheduled for refresh. You will also be responsible for reclaiming prior equipment, updating documentation, and assisting with the disposal process.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree is preferred
* Experience will be considered instead of a degree
* 1-3 years experience in desktop support services
* Certifications such as A+ or Microsoft MC are a bonus
Responsibilities:
* Schedule, image, install software, test, and deploy new PCs to users scheduled for refresh
* Reclaim prior equipment, update documentation, and assist with the disposal process
* Formal Education & Certification
Work Environment:
* 9-day/80-hour schedule over two weeks
* Sitting for extended periods
* Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, hand and power tools, and to handle other computer components
* Lifting and transporting heavy to moderately heavy objects, such as computers, workstations, monitors, and peripherals
* Flexibility to work above and below desk height and on a ladder
* Exposure to both office and heavy manufacturing environments, working in and around dust and fumes, heat and cold, moving machinery, and in areas with a high noise volume

* Strong customer-service orientation
* Driver's license in good standing
