Job Overview:
The Sales and Account Manager is integral to fostering sales growth and nurturing robust customer relationships within the commercial HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical service and maintenance sector.
This role demands outstanding communication skills and a proven history in sales and account management.Responsibilities
1. Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at generating new business and achieving or surpassing sales objectives for commercial HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical service and maintenance contracts.
3. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and propose tailored service and maintenance solutions to clients.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical specialists and estimators, to create thorough proposals.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring advantageous terms and profitable margins.
6. Supervise and assess all client activities for the initial four years of the account.
7. Maintain a customer visitation program to guarantee that customer needs are being met and that Moore's is exceeding customer expectations.
8. Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in sales and account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and effectively present ideas.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
• Preferred - Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
