About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Express. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a great customer experience by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring a safe and inviting environment for customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
