Job Overview
As a skilled assembler, you will play a critical role in our production team. You will be responsible for assembling products from various stages according to guidelines and specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace are essential to ensuring the quality of our products.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $14.75 per hour. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).

Job Description
This assembly line worker position requires individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include disassembling, refurbishing, and cleaning used containers and cages; maintaining a safe and clean working environment; keeping equipment operational through regular maintenance; and notifying management when machines shut down. Additionally, you will be responsible for moving product to the next phase in the process after cleaning and refurbishing, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and possess strong inspection skills. You should also be able to use measurement devices such as calipers and micrometers. A keen eye for detail and the ability to assemble products according to specifications are also essential. We follow safety guidelines and expect all employees to adhere to these standards.

Work Environment
This position is located in Lexington, NC, and requires a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM work schedule.
