Overview

The Pines at Catskill Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Patient Monitoring: Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information, providing critical insights for care planning.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, addressing the unique needs of each resident.
  • Nursing Interventions: Provide wound care, administer medications, and perform other nursing interventions as needed to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.

Requirements
