Automotive Cashier - Overview

The Automotive Cashier plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction during financial transactions at the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers at the cashier area with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Calculate and present customer bills accurately.
  3. Process various payment methods including cash, checks, and credit cards, while meticulously recording transactions.

  7. Stay informed about new products and services, including their features and pricing.

  9. Manage customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary.
  10. Reconcile fuel purchase statements as required.
  11. Offer clerical support to various departments as needed.
  12. Serve as a backup for the switchboard operator when necessary.
  13. Maintain a tidy and professional work environment.
