TCP Analytical is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including customer interactions and order management.
  • Proactively target and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Communicate with leadership and internal team members regarding sales activity and pipeline status.
  • Demonstrate expertise in TCP Analytical's core competencies and expand knowledge of chemicals and their applications.
  • Handle customer complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances through negotiation.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent/applicable experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales, pricing, contracts, finance, or related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and have excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and problem-solve.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
