Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure. You will be responsible for quoting and binding policies, handling customer inquiries, documenting requests and completing changes, accepting and processing premiums. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, resolve conflicts, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

  • Responsible for selling the organization's products and services to prospective and established customers in multi-line insurance
  • Make decisions to determine applicant insurability and placement using competent skills in binding and processing applications
  • Provide excellent customer service, including strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to quickly learn new computer programs and processes

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and performance.
