Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA is mandatory.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in investment banking (fundraising/M&A) or a comparable field is essential.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis is necessary.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including understanding Profit & Loss Statements, balance sheets, and Cash Flow.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, and collaborative skills are crucial.
  • Proficient in utilizing software applications such as Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.).
