**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Structures Repair Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our aviation maintenance team, you will be responsible for modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting aircraft structures, both primary and secondary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate test equipment and tooling used in the repair of aircraft structures.
  • Interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks.
  • Complete assigned tasks within allocated man-hour budgets and on schedule while maintaining quality standards and performing tasks within the guidelines of all safety and regulatory regulations and requirements.

Work Schedule:

We offer a flexible work schedule with both 1st and 2nd shift openings. You may work 5, 8-hour days or 4, 10-hour days, with some work on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Compensation:

Our Structures Repair Specialist will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $20-$35 per hour, with per diem offered to those who qualify.

Duration:

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to extend or go direct. We offer a stable and secure work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
