Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Technician to join our team at Balance Staffing in San Jose, CA.

Estimated Salary: $22.50 - $26.25 per hour + 10%

About the Role:

  • Perform a variety of component installations and inspections on electronic assemblies/subassemblies along a production line.
  • May perform minor repairs as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
  2. Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture or other holding device.
  3. Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
  4. Mounts assembled components to boards or units.
  5. May install multi-level subassemblies and modules into Racks using complex configurations.
  6. Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
