Your Role

As a Front of House Service Manager, you will play a vital role in bringing our mission to life, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and cared for. You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house team, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-of-house team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements

Salary

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
