Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Crew Member to join our team at Hannaford. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's inventory is accurately stocked and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and receive incoming merchandise, verifying quantities and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Stock cases and shelves according to company standards, ensuring that products are properly rotated and facing.
  • Assist customers with finding items and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards for safety and quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with training and special projects.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and 60 pounds occasionally, as well as stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company systems.
