Land Acquisition Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Analyst to support the purchase of large properties for Richmond American Homes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential development dynamics in Washington and Oregon, and will be able to analyze market data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitive market analyses to inform land acquisition decisions
- Build market intelligence through published research and industry news
- Develop financial models to evaluate land acquisition opportunities
- Review and analyze due diligence materials to ensure project feasibility
- Research jurisdictional development and building requirements
- Review and confirm transaction-related documents
- Draft acquisition memoranda with analytic and reporting requirements
- Track future acquisition opportunities
- Create presentations to represent market data and product comparisons
Requirements:
- College degree in Finance, Legal, or related field
- Experience in residential land acquisition and development in Washington and Oregon
- Excellent MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
