About the Role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Vascular Access Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of a vascular access facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily activities of the vascular access facility, including staffing, training, equipment maintenance, and supply management
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and improve quality outcomes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain accurate and complete records, including medical records, patient billing, and inventory management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (R.N.) or higher
  • 6-8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a vascular access environment
  • Supervisory or management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders
  • Certifications in ACLS and CPR are required
