About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are produced and delivered to our customers. As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for handling and packaging various customer convenience produce items in our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and package multiple varieties of customer convenience produce items.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) of a Food manufacturing facility.
  • Comply with our written HACCP plan and SQF guidelines.
  • Perform daily intensive sanitation tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay on task and meet production standards.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Related food production experience a plus.
