Job Title: Construction Project Manager

BELFOR Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restoration and construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimators, superintendents, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct site visits, inspecting work in progress, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on restoration and construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices, with a focus on restoration and construction.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.
