Job Description: We are seeking an LPN/LVN for a position in , working the 18:45:00 - 07:15:00 shift. The ideal candidate will hold a current AL license/certification and have at least two years of recent experience as a LPN in .

This role is within the specialty of Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). A current license and required certifications are necessary for this position. The candidate should be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional care and make a significant impact in the healthcare community. They will be responsible for managing patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current AL license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References

  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
